Guardian Technologies Ltd has been honoured by becoming the first Glasshouse security managed service partner. In recognition of offering innovative security products and services, Guardian Technologies can now offer customers two services under the Clarity brand.
Guardian Clarity for Vulnerability Management turns vulnerability scan data into actionable business risk information:

- Prioritize the most critical vulnerabilities
- Provide clear direction to remediate the issues

Clarity for Security Information Management collects and centralizes log data and provides event analysis and correlation so you can quickly identify security threats, performance, and configuration issues. You can leverage content-based alarms and interactive data graphing to help:

- Improve visibility into your security environment
- Provide support for compliance
- Establish a lower total cost of ownership

When the Isle of Wight College came to Guardian Technologies with their data security concerns it was clear that it was not a typical requirement. As the Isle of Wight College provides many academic and vocational courses coupled with providing these courses to many different students with differing requirements. In addition, data security for the staff was of paramount concern.

After successful trials and policy development, the Isle of Wight College is using Versec to protect their data across more than 7000 students and staff. With students connecting laptops and staff using USB devices extensively, the threat of a security breach was possible. The ease of use that comes with Versec means that thousands of endpoints can be controlled by one person.

The Security Innovation and Technology Consortium (SITC) has welcomed Guardian Technologies as one of its many members. The SITC is a not-for-profit membership organisation dedicated to supporting the development of innovative and technologically sophisticated security solutions, backed by the South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA).
