He is extremely flexible to work with and very understanding to a customer’s requirements, he is also a real believer in leveraging the power of focused teams to achieve outstanding results. He has a real passion for technology transformation, a wealth of experience in technology services and a real skill in ensuring customers are delighted with the outcome.
Archie is a highly experienced Board Executive with over 26 years’ experience within the IT sector. A Data Management and cloud-based IT services pioneer, Archie has supported clients such as CSC, British Telecom, and C4L, to name but a few, to construct and deliver world class levels of IT services. Together with a forensic ability to understand operational and service deficiencies, and efficiently remedy and improve them, Archie has a proven and impeccable track record, transforming IT organisations. Archie has extensive knowledge and experience in operations, excellent people management skills and is totally committed. He is a strategic thinker with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
